The house is super cozy with three double rooms and one single room. As a guest with children, it was just perfect for my family's needs.
The only downside I could find was the absence of a microwave. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the center of Rome. The location was perfect, with cafes just across the lane and the subway less than 2 blocks away. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. The host, Angelo, was incredibly hospitable and provided drinks, coffee, and breakfast items. He even helped us with our luggage and arranged transportation for us. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and staff were all excellent.
Nothing not to love.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with key tourist attractions within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the staff were helpful and accommodating.
The hotel lacked certain amenities that would be expected, such as a reception, bar, and restaurant. This made it feel more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

We were thrilled with the location of this hotel. There was a lovely cafe right across the street where we enjoyed an authentic Italian breakfast every morning. In addition, there was a fantastic restaurant just a short walk away, perfect for dinner after a long day of exploring. The hotel itself was so close to everything, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to relax after a busy day of activities. The service was excellent, with the host going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
The only downside was that there was no breakfast included at the hotel.
